I was extremely mad earlier but now I have had time to cool down and write a proper review, so here it is. I had my daughter take her Jeep to Integrity Transmission to have the transmission rebuilt. After the transmission was rebuilt she kept having issues with it. I had her take it back up there and make sure everything had been adjusted properly after it was installed. They informed her that the transmission was in good working order and sent her out the door. Shortly thereafter she complained that the transmission was still not shifting properly. Again, I had her take it back and let them look at the transmission. Once again they sent her out the door, claiming the transmission was fine. The transmission now has 3 thousand miles on it since it was rebuilt and is still isn't working properly. They told her that the kick down cable was not adjusted properly and that is what caused the issues. However, no one but them had done any adjustments to the transmission since it has been installed. They are blaming us, claiming she must have moved the cable which caused the damage. This is their way of not honoring their warranty. This place is a complete rip off! Horrible service and cannot rebuild a transmission to save their lives. If I could pick a negative star rating I would. Come on Henry, we both know that you and your crew screwed up when you rebuilt the transmission. The vehicle has only 3 thousand miles on the transmission that you rebuilt extremely poorly! You informed me on the phone that once the transmission was installed that I could have my daughter or son bring it back up to you and you would look the transmission over, due to the fact that I am over 2000 miles away and could not do it myself. Everyone that reads this and understands that the transmission that you rebuilt only had 3k on it before it went bad again are now questioning your "integrity" and wondering whether you are trustworthy. I'm warning everyone tonight, hell no they are not. When she brought it back to have the transmission looked at again due to it not working properly, you informed me that it was the transfer case that was bad. That is the only reason you got more work from me. I hope everyone reading this now has a solid understanding of the way you treat repeat customers. I put my trust in you and found out the hard way that you lack integrity and are not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. So don't sit there and act as if the transmission was bad before I let you do more work on her Jeep. At that time I did trust you but that was my fault. Little did I know that your transmission wouldn't last 3k. After replacing the transfer case, my daughter had to bring it up there again and still you said nothing about the cable not being lined up properly. Then, on the phone today, you informed me that you and your guys did indeed adjust the cable once and that my daughter must have moved it. That is just extremely poor customer service. Then you had the audacity to threaten to tow her Jeep that she brought up there if she did not come and get it today. Today is only Monday and she brought it up there yesterday. That's when I had a few choice words for you. So to anyone reading this, this is how they treat customers and get around having to honor their work. The transmission was rebuilt in March 2019 and it is now September 2022. The Jeep was parked at California State University, where my daughter was attending school. It had a death wobble in the front and my daughter didn't like driving it that much, so I took her another vehicle. Once I got the money to repair the front end of the Jeep is when we found out about their very poor workmanship. 3 thousand miles is all this transmission has on it after being rebuilt by Integrity Transmission. Your shop is not worth anyone's time and I will continue to tell as many people as I possibly can. Funny thing is that his dad, Henry Sr., tried to convince me that the transmission was 3/4 of a quart low and that was what caused the damage. Once he realized I knew what I was talking about when it came to vehicles he quickly changed the cause of the damage to an improper setting of the cable. I then explained to him that is impossible because I had a master mechanic for Jeep look at before it was brought back up there. I finally found a great mechanic out there and one I know I can trust. He looked the Jeep over and found out that the transmission was slipping, but found nothing out of adjustment. Folks I am just warning you now, please be very careful around these shade tree mechanics. These guys will screw you over if you let them. Please do not fall victim to them like I did. I wish someone had warned me about their poor work performance. It would have saved me a lot of time and money. Oh also Henry, the speedometer still is not working correctly. I'm sure you'll say my daughter caused that issue as well.
