This established business recently relocated from Hawaiian Gardens to new quarters in Cypress across from Costco. It's a small family run shop with a lot of experience in transmission repair. I took my Chevy-powered '55 Ford pickup in to have them replace the leaking rubber transmission cooler lines with steel lines. Henry Sr did a very nice job at a very competitive price. Henry Jr was my primary contact on scheduling the work and other customer-related tasks. On the way to Santa Barbara, my 1998 Plymouth minivan's transmission started slipping and would no longer pull the van. I had it towed to my l mechanic in Whittier for a checkup. My mechanic told me it was going to cost $3,500 for a factory remanufactured transmission. I started canvassing around and most quotes were around $1,200 for a transmission job with a one year warranty. Then I went to Yelp and found out about this shop. After reading the first review, I decided to call Integrity. Henry & son went to my house to test drive the van and adviced me to bring the van to their shop for a thorough inspection. After explaining to me in detail the scope of work and the two year unlimited mileage warranty, I decided to have it repaired for $2,500. My van drives like it has a brand new transmission. Henry Sr. showed and explained all the parts that were replaced and the specific steps that were performed on the transmission. I am very satisfied with the work done and I highly recommend this shop if you need your transmission rebuilt the right way.

Best in the business. Henry is sharp and really knows his stuff. Their prices are fair, the work is excellent and the turnaround time is good. These guys are very trustworthy and will be the only ones I will let service my transmissions in the future.
