Another shop said we had a serious transmission issue. Took the car to Henry’s shop for a second opinion. Henry’s guys checked it out and found a minor condition unrelated to transmission saving us a bunch of $$. Thanks!

Integrity is a great place for auto maintenance and repair. My old mechanic closed its doors a couple years ago and a friend told me about this place. Great on time service with quick response to questions with answers you can understand.

Integrety is doing the right thing when no one is watching. Integrety Transmission definitely lives up to that. I’ve been taking my cars to them for several years and have always been completely satisfied with whatever work needed to be done. The last time I brought my car, 1999 Mazda Miata, to them I was expecting a major job to be done… I thought the transmission was going out. Turns out it was a minor repair and my car drives like brand new, and they didn’t charge me a dime. Any other place would have taken me for whatever they could have…I know this to be true because it is happened to be in the past. They are a family run business and they treat me like family. Thank you for being an honest company. Five stars is not enough…

My mechanic (Justin at Chicago Auto Body, also wonderful) recommended Henry at Integrity Transmission a couple of years ago when my son's car had problems. Rather than try to sell us on an expensive repair Henry told us it wasn't worth it. Recently, another car died on the freeway so we had to be towed. We had bled the transmission dry. Henry looked at the car promptly, told me there was a loose part and we were either going to have an inexpensive fix or a super expensive new transmission. He was able to fix the part, had the undercarriage cleaned so it didn't smell and we got our car back the next day. He even followed up after a few days to make sure the car was performing well. Henry is very professional and honest. He really seems to try to minimize the expense and take good care of his customers. I definitely recommend.
